Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

human, just like you

I enjoy thought-provoking conversations and sharing a good laugh. Music has a way of bringing every car ride, chore, and hangout come to life for me. I find great joy in being creative while playing musical instruments, singing, and dancing.

You'll also catch me listening to audiobooks on social justice, self-care, history, and biographies. I love traveling, watching sports, and playing video/board games.

I have a multicultural background (Puerto Rican/Dominican), speak Spanish, and grew up in Florida. As a first-generation immigrant, I've navigated the intricacies of blending different cultures, languages, beliefs, and lifestyles.

I draw from these personal and professional experiences as I assist clients in navigating their unique life transitions and challenges.

Why I’m passionate

Couples therapy can help partners navigate romantic relationships and marriages, which require a lot of self-control, dedication, and energy. While pop culture often oversimplifies relationship advice, some issues have straightforward solutions, while others require ongoing management.

People need safe spaces to explore their emotions, be curious, feel truly understood, and make mistakes without fear of judgments. Creating this comforting environment is my commitment.

I'm enthusiastic about guiding couples in cultivating spaces for meaningful dialogue, allowing their deepest desires to be explored, acknowledged, and transformed into tangible experiences.

Anxiety, fear, and self-doubt once held me back from pursuing valuable experiences. Individual therapy provided me the tools to confront and manage these challenges.

My goal is to empower you to do the same by helping you in identifying your life's priorities and pursuing them confidently.

Together, we'll expand your life skills and embrace new adventures to manage anxiety and stress. The days of overthinking, sleepless nights, and paralyzing anxiety can become a thing of the past, paving the way to the life you desire. I'm here to guide you!
