Individual Therapy with Nate Carela, LMFT
Because Your Story—and Your Healing—Matter.
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes—filled with questions, worries, or pain that you carry quietly on your own. You might be longing for relief, clarity, or simply a place to speak your truth without fear of judgment.
At Dialogo Therapy, we believe your story deserves to be heard and held with compassion. Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings, untangle what’s weighing you down, and discover new ways to move forward.
Your journey is uniquely yours—and you don’t have to walk it alone.
I’m here to listen, support, and help you heal.

If you’re struggling… Welcome.
Trapped in your own thoughts? You’re not alone.
Your mind is constantly bombarded with thoughts that keep you worried, stressed out, and feeling on edge. They start as soon as you wake up and follow you throughout the day. The sound like this:
“Am I doing a good job at work? I’m not getting enough feedback I can trust.”
“I think I’m getting sick, and I haven’t been sleeping well. What’s up with my eye twitching and this tickle in my throat?”
“Oh no… here’s another invite to hang out… I don’t really wanna go, but I skipped the last three. What am I gonna talk about? Do they even want me there, or was it a pity invite? I should just skip it; my throat thing might be contagious… but I don’t want to miss out.”
It’s exhausting to feel stuck in your own thoughts, second-guessing yourself, and worrying about what might go wrong. But you don’t have to keep living this way.
Individual therapy provides a safe space to untangle the overwhelm, understand where these thoughts come from, and learn new ways to cope and feel more at ease. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life.
If you’re ready to take the first step, we’re here to help.

The Hidden Weight You’re Tired of Holding
At times, you find distraction at work, in a hobby, or in conversations with friends—although those can be tricky, too. But underneath it all, there’s a constant stream of stressors flooding your mind.
Speaking of your mind, it can suddenly go blank, or you might find yourself able to concentrate only in short bursts.
And what about the tension your body carries? It might show up as a stomachache, a headache, tense shoulders, or constant trips to the bathroom.
It’s a lot to carry. And let’s not forget how you’ve learned to keep others from noticing your shaky legs or nail-biting.
If this sounds familiar, know there’s help for what you’re feeling—and hope for how you’ll feel tomorrow. You don’t have to carry this alone. Take the first step toward feeling more like yourself.

When Life Feels Harder Than It Should
Perhaps you’ve played with the idea of seeing a doctor. But what if you hear, “Hmm… we can’t figure out what’s wrong. Medically speaking, you look good.”
The last thing you want is to feel embarrassed and think, “Why did I even bring this up?”
The reality is that life is hard.
For many people, fears get in the way of the life they want. They feel unable to be the kind of friends or parents they hope to be. They feel like they’re failing at being a great partner, and their hope for change starts to fade.

You’re Ready For More
I can help you find your purpose & peace
Nate Carela, LMFT
Like my clients, you deserve to live with peace, happiness, and deep connections to others. You should be able to rest, spend time thinking about the things you want, and build the future you deserve.
I believe you can harness your emotions rather than worrying about them, practice acceptance, and commit to your well-being.
My goal is to guide my clients as they work through what’s holding them back from becoming who they want to be.… challenging some unproductive thoughts along the way!
Individual therapy isn’t me judging the way you think or the things you fear most. It isn’t me downplaying your attempts to work through stress. It isn’t me asking you to ignore your thoughts or feelings and just “toughen up.” And it isn’t you getting all the answers in a session, and everything is fixed forever.
Together we’ll focus on progress, growth, and finding the tools that truly work for you. — Nate
We will begin with your initial intake session to gain a sense of what your needs are and determine where I can help you. I’m excited to help clients who want to have a healthy, connected, and happy life on their own and with the people they love. I work with people who are motivated to do the work.
Rest assured, what we discuss in therapy is 100% confidential. You may feel vulnerable initially, but our pace, what you disclose, and how we approach solutions are up to you. I will challenge you, show you different perspectives, and help you find the tools you need to have peace of mind.
If you are ready to build a life of purpose, I’d love to help you get there. Schedule your no-obligation, free 20-minute consultation today. It’s time to turn your life around and I can help.

It's highly recommended to maintain a primary care physician and undergo regular annual check-ups. When addressing issues related to anxiety and stress, medical professionals can play a crucial role in ruling out any underlying medical conditions that may impact your mental well-being.
Additionally, some medical practitioners offer medications and supplements to support your holistic journey towards achieving optimal overall health. I can collaborate with your medical professionals.
